1. Introduction
Welcome to Heart & Hound Photography. By booking a session, accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Booking & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the session date.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
In case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, the session may be rescheduled at the photographer’s discretion.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at the photographer’s discretion.
No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be charged the full session fee.
4. Image Delivery & Usage
Final images will be delivered within the agreed timeframe, usually within 2-4 weeks.
The photographer retains copyright of all images. Clients receive a personal-use license and may print and share images but cannot sell or edit them without permission.
5. Liability & Safety
Heart & Hound Photography is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the session.
Owners are responsible for their pets and must ensure they are safe and well-behaved during the session.
