1. Introduction
Welcome to Heart & Hound Photography. By booking a session, accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Booking & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the session date.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

  • In case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, the session may be rescheduled at the photographer’s discretion.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at the photographer’s discretion.

  • No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be charged the full session fee.

4. Image Delivery & Usage

  • Final images will be delivered within the agreed timeframe, usually within 2-4 weeks.

  • The photographer retains copyright of all images. Clients receive a personal-use license and may print and share images but cannot sell or edit them without permission.

5. Liability & Safety

  • Heart & Hound Photography is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the session.

  • Owners are responsible for their pets and must ensure they are safe and well-behaved during the session.
